We design websites for people who sell seven-figure property.
DSHSTUDIO is a web design studio based in Valencia, working exclusively with high-end real estate. We don't build websites for any other kind of business.

One kind of client only
We don't design for restaurants or startups. If you sell luxury new-build, a prime residential portfolio, villas or a boutique development, you're exactly who we want. If not, we'll tell you on the call instead of charging you while we learn your market.

The price has to show on screen
If we charge you €5,000 for a website, that website has to look like €5,000. Every decision about spacing, typography and motion exists so your buyer senses the level of the project in the first seconds, not after reading the copy.

We build what we sell
The booking system on our own site — the one you're using to schedule the call — we built ourselves, with no third-party tools. If we didn't know how, we wouldn't offer it to you.

We don't invent case studies
The projects under /work are conceptual compositions until we have real clients to show — and we say so where it matters, instead of faking numbers or testimonials. The moment you work with us, that space becomes your project, with your data.
